28 specs in 11 hours, overnight. A spec starts as soon as its dependencies are merged.

  • Frozen contracts first: types, data schema, base UI.
  • Then 10 specs launched within the same minute, each in its own worktree and Postgres database.
  • Plan, TDD, 5 specialized reviewers, /verify, PR, merge: 199 agents in total.
